Live-animal habitat design and construction, including interactive exhibit, animal-care space and enrichment and water features for two families of Asian small-clawed otters. Project management included design, demolition and construction from the scale model through textured concrete rock work, paw-print detailing, periscope tunnel and structural buildout of over 3,000 square feet.
